Obsession?

Last night, I actually had a dream about Pioneer Woman. She wasn't just in my dream, my dream was about her. And I really couldn't tell you what she was doing. It involved sketching murals and leading a crowd of people. I don't have dreams about people very often. This was very odd. I just hope this doesn't mean that my fascination is morphing into obsession. I'm really just not that kind of girl.

But, I did learn this morning that she's having another word nerd quiz tonight. Maybe my dream was just a sign that I might actually finally win one of her quizes.

Maybe?

Hey, a girl can dream.

haha...cute. Yeah, I tried one of her quizes and didn't do so hot. It was about Denver...a city I love and lived in for 2 years. Bummer...but at least I tried. I wish you all the luck!

P.S. Do you have her cookbook? Yum!

=) because of your blog i've checked out her site. i ended up reading most of the super long story of her falling in love & marrying marlboro man. so cute! ever since then i can't really get her out of m head.....even though she's not one of those people i would typically be drawn to. but i do love her photography!

You didn't pass the Denver quiz, Kaylie? That really surprises me. I did buy her cookbook, but I gave it to my mom as a Christmas present because her style of cooking is similar to my mom's, but my mom doesn't really visit blogs for recipes. I, on the other hand, hardly open a cookbook anymore because I rely on the Internet so much.

Sparky, I'm glad you checked her out! She's actually publishing her Marlboro Man story. And online I'm pretty sure she's starting a second post-wedding installment, although she hasn't posted any of it yet. I like a lot of the pics she posts too--hers and others--and I keep meaning to ask you if you'd consider entering any of her photography contests. Particularly her self-portrait contests. You should totally do it. You could get one of your pics posted, and I have no doubt it would bring lots of extra traffic to your site. Do it!
